The various measures and policies specified in this document are intended to establish a set of procedures that help prevent, detect and reasonably manage the risks associated with compliance with the regulations that affect INTZA SA, in the development of its professional or work activity.

It also aims to provide INTZA SA with good practices on Compliance, which promote an organizational culture that encourages ethical behavior and compliance with the law.

To this end, the measures and policies detailed guarantee the principle of proportionality, that is, they adapt to the internal and external circumstances of INTZA SA, establishing a management system appropriate to its particularities.

INTZA SA has designed a record of processing activities, a protocol for the design of personal data processing operation flows, a list of information assets, as well as different procedures and policies that must be implemented appropriately in INTZA SA to ensure regulatory compliance.

Furthermore, among these measures, the implementation and management of a communication channel must be established in order to facilitate:

• The detection and awareness by the organization of any breach of applicable regulations or of the Compliance Management System itself.
• The management of security breaches or the exercise of data protection rights of interested parties.

Finally, the organization will establish a Disciplinary System to penalize non-compliance with regulations and the Compliance Management System by members of the organization.
