COLLABORATION
To implement changes required by the market, cooperation is sometimes necessary. Therefore, we collaborate with AFM, Tecnalia, IK4-Tekniker and its Windbox initiative, the Energy Cluster, the Chamber of Commerce and other institutions that help us to improve our processes.

TRAINING
Special mention to the training programs for new generations in cooperation with several schools. Without them, there will not be any innovation. In addition to that, training programs are also helpful for senior employees to adapt them to the new technologies and work styles. Intza is committed with the Azkoitia Professional School and the Elgoibar Tool Machinery Institute.

GLACIER PROJECT
GLACIER Project is framed within the HAZITEK program for R&D support. This project develops different technologies to improve machining of thermoplastics and composite fibres. The Hazitek program is co-financed by the Basque Government and the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund 2014-2020 (Feder).

AC PRESS PROJECT
Project lead by GESTAMP and MONDRAGON UNIVERSITY where INTZA participates with other companies.
