Lubrication System
SINGLE LINE WITH OIL
The single line system with oil is suitable for the lubrication of small and medium-sized circuits. Mineral or synthetic oils with viscosity between 20 and 2000 cSt can be used.
It operates in intermittent pressure / relief cycles guaranteeing an exact dosage in each cycle and can supply a volume of between 0.01 to 1.5 cm3 per lubrication point.
The working pressure of these installations is 30 bar, and they can be easily extended or modified if more or less lubrication points are required.
Depending on the pumping unit used, we can have a totally autonomous unit (with a control and monitoring system) or, alternatively, a unit connected to the automaton of your machine working at the rate set by the machine operator.
The pumping units can be equipped with accessories to monitor their correct operation: pressure gauge, pressure switch, level switch, push button for intermediate lubrication...
Depending on the expected oil consumption, tanks of greater or lower capacity can be chosen. The standard options are 3-4-6-10-16 litres in various materials (plastic, aluminium, metal).
Applications
Wherever a periodic supply of small quantities of oil is required without subsequent oil recovery, especially in machine tools, packaging, printing, textile and in general any sector related to small or medium sized machine building.

In addition to the basic components (pump motor unit with pressure and relief valves), the rest of the accessories necessary to centralise all the control and monitoring functions of the lubrication circuit can be grouped together in the same unit: timer, pressure gauge, pressure switch, level switch, etc.

Volumetric dosing units
DE01-DE06-VE10-VE16 DIRECT ACTING VOLUMETRIC DISTRIBUTORS
The lubricant is supplied to the point as soon as the pump generates pressure. The outlet pressure from the distributor is equal to the maximum admissible pressure of the pump's limiting valve.

They are used in circuits where immediate lubricant supply is required.
The connection to the lubrication point is usually made by means of a Ø4 pipe.
1-2-3-5 outlets bodies
Bodies can be combined to obtain blocks with a greater number of outlets.
Dosing rate: 0,01-0,03-0,06-0,10-0,16-0,20-0,40-0,60-1,00-1,50 cm3/cycle

DE03 DIRECT ACTING VOLUMETRIC DOSING UNITS
With the same type of operation as the DE01-DE06-VE10-VE16 models. The only difference is that, instead of being connected remotely via a pipe, these dosing units are mounted directly on the lubrication point.

VE14 INDIRECT ACTING VOLUMETRIC DISTRIBUTORS
The lubricant is supplied to the point after the pump is switched off, and the outlet pressure from the distributor is determined by the force of the distributor's internal spring.

They are used in circuits where we do not want a sudden high pressure at the lubrication point.
The connection to the lubrication point is made by means of a Ø4 pipe.
Bodies with 1-2-3-4-5-6 outlets
Bodies can be combined to obtain blocks with a larger number of outlets.
